sidetally.co.uk provides free online calculators to help UK self-employed individuals estimate their Income Tax and National Insurance liability. It is provided for general information purposes only.

2. No professional advice, no client relationship

Using this calculator does not create an accountant-client, tax adviser, or any other professional relationship between you and us. The results are an estimate based on the figures you enter and the tax rates and thresholds we've built in for the relevant tax year, and they do not account for every possible circumstance (for example, specific reliefs, unusual income types, or changes announced after this tool was last updated).

We take reasonable care to keep the figures used in this calculator up to date and aligned with published HMRC and gov.uk rates. However, tax rules change, and errors can occur.
